Charlee Baus - OT
Charlee is a warm and creative Occupational Therapist with a deep commitment to supporting children and their families through meaningful trauma-informed care. She brings experience across a broad range of diagnostic presentations, including ADHD, Autism, ODD, Anxiety, Depression, Learning Differences, and PTSD. Charlee has worked in diverse settings—from clinics and schools to homes and hospitals—adapting her approach to meet each child where they are.Charlee values the power of connection and collaboration in fostering therapeutic relationships. She partners closely with families, educators, and other professionals to co-create nurturing environments where children feel safe, supported, and empowered to engage confidently in meaningful occupations.
With a special interest in emotional regulation and neurodiversity across the lifespan, Charlee offers a playful, relational style of therapy. Her sessions are rich with imagination, laughter, and genuine connection, always guided by the child’s unique strengths, interests, and sensory profile.
Outside the therapy space, Charlee finds joy in camping adventures, quality time with loved ones, playing with her dogs, and engaging in her creative pursuits.
